We would like to give you some organisational directions concerning the congress:

What will happen, when I arrive in Vienna?
There is a reception for participants at St. Stephens Place in a small glass house. This so called info-point is open everyday from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. during the congress. On May 23 and 28 there are three additional receptions: at two railway stations (Westbahnhof and Suedbahnhof) and at the airport. On these two days reception is from 8 a.m. to 11 p.m. You can get your package at the railway stations and on the airport only when you are duly registered, otherwise we would kindly ask you to come to St. Stephan Square.

When do I get my package and my pass?
At the reception you will get the whole package for participants and the pass, which is accepted as ticket for public transport. The package consists of a detailed program of the congress and the missions, a song book, a city map, a rosary and tourist information. You will get your food stamps there as well, if you ordered some.

How will I know where I am lodged? (If I asked to stay with a family)
At the reception (all of them, if open) a guest family will be allocated to you and the voluntaries of "Stadtmission" will indicate you how to get there by public transport. To be on the safe side, we would ask you to bring a sleeping bag and a camping mat with you.

How to pay for the congress?
Generally, we would ask you to make a bank transfer (Erste Bank account number is. 280 416 504 00 bank code 20111). But it is possible to pay in Vienna right at St.Stephan Square (only there and in cash or by cheque). Please bring a receipt of your payment with you, when you are coming to Vienna 8this is essential, when you registered for the meals). We would like to inform you once more about the changes in our pricing: It does not cost to much to participate, but it costs: You are invited to give as much as you can. Money should not hinder you to participate. But if you can, you are invited to give even more. price orientation for the whole congress would be € 220 (€ 110 for students) the Holiday Version (€ 90-150 or students 50-80).and for the weekend it is (€ 50-80 or 28-45). For the CEE there are prices in the national currencies. If you already transferred more money, than you could afford, please send an e-mail to stadtmission2003@edw.or.at and ask for reimbursement (indicating the mamount, the number of the account and the bank code)

What will happen during the ten days?
On this website you might find more than 1.000 missions, that will take place (sorry - only in German).
